PAYMENT TERMS & POLICIES

Please read carefully and be certain that you understand our payment terms & policies before accepting at the bottom of this page. Your acceptance of these terms and your payment is a binding legal contract. You will be directed to payment page upon accepting these payment terms & policies:

FOR CHARTERS ONLY
Payment & Refund Policy
50% Deposit is due at time of availability confirmation. Balance is due 21 days prior to charter date. Deposits are refundable if cancellations are made 14 days or more prior to charter date. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 14 days prior to charter date.

FOR HOUSE WITH PIER RENTAL AND/OR HOUSEBOAT RENTAL
1. Payment & Refund Policy
50% Deposit is due at time of availability confirmation. Balance is due 21 days prior to check-in date. Deposits are refundable if cancellations are made 14 days or more prior to check-in date. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 14 days prior to check-in date.

2. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING!!!

3. No indoor pets. Please use the kennels provided.

4. NO BAIT IN THE FREEZER!!!!!!!

5. Please place all trash in the trash bins at the end of your stay.

6. Please turn off pier lights each night when finished fishing.

7. Policy Concerning Guests with Children
All children under the age of 13 need to wear lifejackets when on the pier. Do not allow children on the pier or premises without adult supervision. Casa de Baffin will not be held liable for any accidents occurring on pier or premises. Casa de Baffin does not provide lifejackets. You are responsible for bringing your own lifejackets.

8. Damage Policy
The person making the reservation will be held responsible for any and all damages made by themselves or guests during their visit. Casa de Baffin is a NON-SMOKING/ pet-free home. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. No pets allowed inside the house. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed if you or your guests smoke or allow pets inside the house.

9. Check-In / Check-Out Times
Check in is at 3pm. Check out is at 12pm. If you need to modify this time, please contact us.
